It’s time of the year to get-together with your family, friends and business associates and usher in this Lunar New Year in style with an array of Spring Festival’s reunion feasts at the Borneo Convention Centre Kuching with our distinctly The Grand Reunion Dinner packages.
The reunion feast offerings were announced during the Chinese New Year press launch session attended by the BCCK senior management team, corporate guests and members of the media yesterday. The sumptuous reunion feast menu was specially crafted by BCCK’s Chef Peter Ngu and Chef Ng with two options of banquet dinner priced at RM688 nett and RM888 nett, will be available from 21st January till Chap Goh Meh, which falls on the 19th February.
During the press launch session, BCCK Chief Financial Officer Joseph Chung stated, “On behalf of the BCCK management team and our Board of Directors, we would like to express our sincere appreciation and thank all parties who have been part and parcel of our success in the past year and we wish our media partners, clients and business associates ‘A Happy, Healthy and Prosperous Year filled with abundance of auspicious blessings’. The Grand Reunion dinner will be served from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm at the Great Hall on 4th February (Lunar New Year’s Eve) and in the BCCK’s banquet rooms from 21st January till 19th February to both small and large group bookings. Private rooms can be requested for subject to availability. Do catch a special lion dance performance on 4th February at 6:30pm.

Served in BCCK’s great hall, the tantalising array of auspicious dishes include prosperity “healthy life” yee sang, braised seafood with crab meat in chicken consomme, traditional steamed range chicken with Hong Kong kailan, Teow-Chew style steamed pomfret with tomato juice, warm poached prawn with garlic scallion sauce, slow fired rainbow vegetable with red dates lotus seed and pistachio nut, warm ginger tea with glutinous rice ball and free flow of Chinese tea.

Served in BCCK’s banquet room, the dinner package include prosperity “salmon” yee sang, braised seafood with crab meat in chicken consomme, crispy duck with hoi sin sauce served with pickled vegetable, steamed pomfret with chef superior sauce, wok fried golden salted egg prawn, braised dried oyster fish maw with flower mushroom, slow cook longevity noodle with foo chow homemade chicken soup, chilled honey green tea with crystal and longan and free flow of Chinese tea.
