BCCK Rewards Their Loyal Clients to Celebrate their 10th Year Anniversary

Kuching: This year marks the 10-year anniversary of the Borneo Convention Centre Kuching since the centre’s inception in 2009 as a state initiative of the Sarawak Government to grow business tourism through the hosting of business events. To celebrate this memorable turning point, BCCK is rewarding their clients with the BCCK Loyalty Programme, as a token of appreciation for their continued support throughout these years.

“For the past ten years, the BCCK team has consistently upheld their excellent quality of service, giving clients the assurance to confidently host their events at the BCCK. The centre has hosted a total of 1646 events, attracting over 2 million delegates locally and internationally and has earned multiple regional and national awards and recognition. We would like to express our deepest appreciation to all parties for your continued support in our endeavours to elevate BCCK’s role in the industry”, Datuk Hajjah Raziah Mahmud-Geneid, Chairman of Borneo Isthmus Development Sdn Bhd (BID) stated.

The BCCK loyalty programme offers their clients an exclusive member privilege, with complimentary brewed coffee, tea and in-house non-alcoholic drink served with cookies of the day, for the cardholder and three guests per visit.

The Centre’s Director of Sales & Marketing, Premala Danapakiam quoted, “Most of our clients come to the centre to have their business meetings and meals here at the Raintree Restaurant. With thisloyalty card, our loyalty card holders will have the privilege to enjoy an exclusive 15% discount for food and beverages on all ala-carte menu items and a complimentary snack for any order of beverages. Customers can stay connected with BCCK’s free high-speed unlimited business Wi-Fi throughout their time spent here at BCCK”.

She further added, “Our sales team is always available to speak to you further on considering us as a venue for future events in BCCK, and to extend these benefits to our loyal clientele.” This Loyalty Programme is extended to clients from the corporate and government sectors who have had their events held in BCCK over the past 10 years. The loyalty card is exclusive to the organisation, valid for two years from the date of issuance and is non-transferable.
